User registration
Some pages of ElectrumTrofa, Lda. can be password protected. In the interest of the security of commercial transactions, only registered users are allowed to access these pages. ElectrumTrofa, Lda. particularly reserves the right to require User registration for pages that were previously freely accessible. If, and to the extent that, the User becomes aware that third parties are misusing their User data, they must notify ElectrumTrofa, Lda., in the shortest possible time, in writing, immediately when applicable . Upon receipt of the notification, ElectrumTrofa, Lda. will deny access to the password protected area in the User data. Access by the User will only be possible upon request by the User to ElectrumTrofa, Lda. or upon new registration.
The User may, at any time, request the cancellation of his registration, in writing, provided that the exclusion does not violate the good performance of contractual relations. In this case, ElectrumTrofa, Lda. will erase all User data and other personal data relating to the User as soon as such data is no longer needed.

Guarantees
The warranty conditions of ElectrumTrofa, Lda. are the same for professionals and consumers as they appear in the Catalog in force and on the website in the corresponding Product data sheet. However, there is an exception for floor standing (outdoor) projectors where the Warranty on all Consumer products is increased from 2 to 3 years.
Claims
You can also complain about the processing of your personal information to the applicable data protection authority. You can complain in the EU member state where you live or work, or in the place where the alleged breach of data protection law took place. In Portugal, the relevant data protection authority is the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
