Personal information provided and/or collected will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of ElectrumTrofa, Lda. These Terms and Conditions of Use are also subject to the Privacy Policy published on this website.

The contents of this website, including all information, graphics, code, text, images and design, are the property of ElectrumTrofa, Lda. and may not be copied, distributed, modified or placed on other websites or documents without the prior written consent of ElectrumTrofa, Lda.

The use of any information or documentation made available on the ElectrumTrofa, Lda. website is subject to the specific Terms of Use indicated in the relevant information or documentation, which shall prevail over the Terms of Use stated herein.

User Registration

Certain pages of the ElectrumTrofa, Lda. website may be password protected. In the interest of the security of business transactions, access to such pages is permitted only to registered users.

ElectrumTrofa, Lda. reserves the right to refuse registration to any user. ElectrumTrofa, Lda. also reserves the right to require user registration for pages that were previously freely accessible.

Upon registration, the user will be provided with access credentials consisting of a user ID and password (“User Data”). Upon first access, the user must change the password provided by ElectrumTrofa, Lda. to one known only to the user.

At the end of each online session, the user must log out of any password-protected area.

If, and to the extent that, the user becomes aware that third parties are misusing their User Data, the user must notify ElectrumTrofa, Lda. in writing as soon as possible and immediately where appropriate.

Upon receipt of such notification, ElectrumTrofa, Lda. shall block access to the password-protected area using the relevant User Data. Access may only be restored following a request by the user to ElectrumTrofa, Lda. or following new registration.

The user may request cancellation of their registration at any time in writing, provided that such deletion does not conflict with the proper performance of existing contractual obligations. In such case, ElectrumTrofa, Lda. shall delete all User Data and any other personal data relating to the user as soon as such data is no longer required.

In order to improve the service provided, ElectrumTrofa, Lda. may include links on its website to third-party websites. As such websites are neither owned, operated nor controlled by ElectrumTrofa, Lda., ElectrumTrofa, Lda. accepts no responsibility for their content.

Warranties

The warranty conditions for ElectrumTrofa, Lda. products are the same for professionals and consumers and are those stated in the current catalogue and on the corresponding product technical data sheet available on the website.

However, there is one exception for floor-mounted (outdoor) projectors, for which the warranty period for consumers is extended from 2 to 3 years.

Complaints

You may also lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the relevant data protection authority.

You may lodge a complaint in the EU Member State where you live or work, or in the place where the alleged breach of data protection law occurred.
